Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for choosing Fixit! Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. However, if you encounter any malfunctions or faults with your purchased product, you can return it for a warranty claim. Please read our return policy below for more details.
Exchange Process
To return an item, please email us at info@fixitstore.lk or contact us at (+94) 0777 42 42 74. Our team will guide you through the return process.
If returning via courier service, ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging along with the purchase invoice and send it to the following address:

Please note that all return shipping charges will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your warranty claim. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your item to complete the process.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Products used for more than 1 month
- Non-Warranty Products
